Wembley Downs
A major renovation of a 1960s double storey home plus undercroft in the leafy suburb of Wembley Downs. This renovation involved rebuilding most of the home, refurbishing the swimming pool and outdoor areas. This home included high-end interior design finishes and plenty of deluxe features. The home features a radiator heating system, four Velux skylights with open and blockout blind function, two air conditioning systems, double glazed windows throughout, retractable Centor flyscreens to all stacking doors, blackbutt timber decking, timber floorboards, premium stone benchtops and yes, even a competition grade basketball stand.
