Broadwater Builds was formed from a desire to build homes and complete renovations for clients with quality, distinction and great service. Our company aims to provide a personal, hands on service and to form quality relationships with our clients during their journey of building, whilst delivering a great product for an affordable price.
When you partner with us for your building project, you gain the experience, passion and dedication of the owner and director Nathan. With experience in the residential and commercial construction industry we have successfully delivered hundreds of new homes, renovations and commercial projects for our clients.
We have an unparalleled attention to detail and an in-depth know-how of the building process. Our passion and dedication makes us treat every building project as if it were our own. Importantly, we treat you the way we would want to be treated if we were the client.
During our extensive experience we have also been involved in the sustainable design of buildings including the design, management and certification of 50 HIA GreenSmart houses.

Nathan Dreibergs

Having worked on residential and commercial building projects during my whole career, I have been in various roles including design, management and supervision, and this has provided me the breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to successfully manage and supervise projects. I also have a civil and structural engineering background.
I'm committed to delivering quality projects for clients and ensuring they receive a high level of service and get the results they are after. Striving to develop strong working relationships with clients and providing a personalised and flexible approach during the design and building process is important to me. Getting the finer details correct and creating a great design matters to me.
Albany was where I was born and then I lived in Broome for a number of years, finally making the move to Perth. I am a passionate follower of AFL and many other sports. Going to the beach and camping are some of my favourite leisure activities.
Denise Zurita
Design and Prestart Consultant | Graduate Architect | MArch
With a background in architecture, I have extensive experience with the design of homes and commercial buildings. I have a passion for design and in particular energy efficient home designs. I have assisted numerous clients in creating their dream home. I have a keen eye for good design and understanding of which products and finishes will complement each other.
I assist with coordinating the designs of our clients’ homes in conjunction with our building design partners, as well as coordinating with our interior design consultant and our clients on pre-start selections. Getting the design and selections right for every project is paramount to me and I ensure that our clients have the opportunity, information and time to make these very important decisions.
I have lived in Perth most of my life and live with my husband, our child and our two dogs.
Allira Keed
Contract Administrator
I’m responsible for contract administration and procurement at Broadwater Builds, ensuring that the Broadwater team is supported on a daily basis. I’m passionate about building relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring that our projects have the materials and trades available when required.
Born and raised in Perth, I live with my husband, our child and our dog, and we venture out on beach and camping holidays when we can.
