“It is now 4 months since our house was finished by Broadwater. Hence, this is a review after allowing some time, past the euphoria of moving in.
WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.
Nathan and Louis came to the rescue when our previous builder went into adminstration.
The difference between prior builders/contractors and Broadwater was immediately obvious:
- We felt they listen to what we were trying to achieve.
- Nathan an Louis aligned their thinking with our expectations.
- The attention to detail of the preliminary schedule of works was already of greater quality than any previously seen communication from other builders.

“From the moment I had my first introduction and meeting with Louis and his wife in their home I had the feeling I was in safe hands, and as a female first-time builder that was very important to me.They happily took on my existing plans(with shire approval) and crafted me a home I can be very proud of at a very fair price. Their costings stacked up very well to the project builders I had talked to but had the feeling of a custom home builder without the hefty price tag. Nathan was onsite and always dealt with any questions or problems promptly and without fuss. At times my slow decision making might have tested his patience but he never showed it! I was able to supply items such as appliances and sinks and taps and at no time did it become a problem, where as other builders had shied away at the idea as being too much trouble. I was able to make decisions on the go which meant the build evolved over time into exactly what I wanted which wouldn't have happened with a project builder. My two storey house took almost exactly a year from pouring pad to handover, a great time frame which never felt rushed. I was given a schedule before building commenced and it was almost spot on, so I always knew what was happening next and when I would need to make decisions. All the trades were respectful and efficient.
