We can build your single storey, two storey or multi-level home and it doesn't matter whether your block is narrow or large. We custom design your home to whatever your needs and wants may be.

1. Initial Meeting and Concept Drawings
When you engage with us, we will come to you, sit down and listen to the ideas you have for your home. We will ask you about your lifestyle and how you live, what your needs are and your preliminary design ideas. We also look at your block and its surroundings to see which kind of design suits best. Based on this information we begin to develop a design brief and continue to build upon this brief as we understand more of your requirements and ideas during further discussions.
We will appoint one of our designers to begin developing concepts based on the design brief, allowing you to begin to visualise your home. We continue developing the concept until you are comfortable with it and we can then move onto designing your home.
Alternatively, if you already have developed plans for your new home through your own designer, we can skip most of the design process. Before we jump straight into construction, we always like to look at your plans to see if we can improve upon them or importantly, find better, easier ways of building your home so that we can save you money. After all, we want to add value and help you every step of the way.
2. Design
Our designers will work closely with you to build upon your concept and develop your detailed plans. This is when we sort out the finer details, your preferred specifications and finishes and get your home the way you want it. We make this process easy by providing you with our own design guide that walks you through all the components of your home, providing you with ideas, as well as the pros and cons of each product or finish.
To help visualise your home better before you sign off on the design, we provide 3D design images of your home elevations. We can also prepare a 3D walkthrough of your home so you can visualise the spaces.
If you would like to physically visualise the space and dimensions of your home, we’ve partnered with Walk Thru Floor Plans to allow you to walk through a life size floor plan of your new home. This is a great way for you to identify any changes you would like to make to your plans before final sign off.
During the design process, we may require planning approval from the local council which we will facilitate. After approval is obtained we can get on with working out all the structural detail, energy efficiency and ensuring your home complies with all required standards. Don’t worry, we sort all of this detail out on your behalf.
We then walk you through all of your plans and details to make sure you are happy. Once you give us the go ahead we will arrange the required building permit to start the exciting construction phase of your new home.
3. Construction
This is when we start to create your vision. Here we will plan out the steps to building your home so that we can build it quickly and efficiently, getting you into your home quicker. We develop a detailed professional schedule that helps to ensure all parties are aligned and also ensures your home is built as quickly and efficiently as possible. We engage our quality tradespeople and suppliers so they understand the requirements and time frame for your home.
During construction we will invite you at various stages of the build to view the progress and ask questions. We keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly what is going on.
We will also let you know when we require your final selection of finishes if you have elected to defer your decision for later.
For us, this is the most exciting phase and where we demonstrate our experience and dedication to achieving excellence with workmanship and quality.
4. Handover
Once your finishing touches are completed, we will check everything to ensure your home meets our high standards. When we are happy with your home, we will invite you to undertake a pre-handover inspection.
Once you have accepted the home from us, we will hand over your keys and a binder complete with all the documentation, manuals and warranties for your home.
